The items I was looking for were sold out online. I called my local store in Chicago Ridge, left a message, was never called back. I called several more times, finally spoke to Jennifer. I told her I was looking for specific items, asked if they carried them in the store. She said I'd have to purchase them online. I asked if she could at least check store availability. She said I would have to come in. Really, during a pandemic. After I insisted, she checked, but said I could not purchase items over the phone. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she put me on hold and finally came back and said I could purchase items over the phone. No apology for being mistaken. If you are not sure of policy or don't know, ask. And if you give incorrect information apologize. An apology goes a long way. I have been a long standing customer of Pandora, I have rings, 7 bracelets, 5 of which are filled with charms. Very disappointed. Again, an apology goes a long way. Jennifer didn't apologize or even admit she was mistaken until I insisted that she was mistaken.

Sale associate was not knowledgeable at all about the products. She was rude and didn’t have positive conversation with me. It was like what do you want and leave feeling. I was asking her questions about other items and she would say no and wouldn’t even check. I hate going to this location but if I really need last minute gift I have no other choice.

This was my first time in pandora and I was rushed to get charms so that the associate can move to the next customer, this was a anniversary gift from my husband and I was rushed and lied to about charms not being in stock because I was rushed I hated my experience for this to be my first time.

The customer service was horrible. I took my moms their cause she wanted a bracelet the service was horrible no patience at all. The service was rushed the associate rolled her eyes blowing under her voice and all I will not be shopping her anymore I was so upset I spent money without them.

The sale person and cashier was so rude that if I come back to Chicago I would never ever come back to this store ever again I give to much ofmy money to this store in different city to be treated like that

The associate was very rude who assisted Me and my mom. She rushed us the entire time, her attitude was as if we were wasting her time. She kept showing crappy items. As we walked the store after purchasing 5 items we saw things that wasn’t showed. At that time we was over the associate and ready to leave the establishment. We would’ve purchased more, but we hate with a passion to be rushed to spend our money. I will never enter the Chicago ridge, IL location ever again. We received more help from the greeter/host

The salesperson wasn't friendly. She wasn't offering me any of the sale items. There were trays of sale charms etc I saw being offered to others standing with others she wouldn't allow me to purchase. I asked what was on sale and really she wasn't helpful.No customer service was given. I asked about several bracelets she didn't want to show me anything. I would have done better shopping on line.
