Today I visited your Chicago Ridge Location (218645) to bring back a return. Once I made it into the store a sales rep assisted me with my return and asked me to wait in line for the cashier to call my name. I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting on my name to be called. I asked the cashier could she explain to order in which names are being called because 5 people who purchased its behind me have all been called. She explained to me that this was the order that the boxes where received. I explained to her that how she was thinking that the boxes were being placed by the sales associate was incorrect. I saw the sales associate places boxes in front of my return and how boxes should have been placed they were not. She ignored me so I called for a manager. If you are ringing up customer, how do you know the order that the sales associate are placing boxes. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The manger had another associate ring me out for my return. Training and Professional Development is needed at your Chicago Ridge Store # 218645.

I frequently come to this location because it’s near my home. But I dropped off a repair here in March and the repairs were taking 4weeks it’s been a whopping 68 day’s and my repair has not been returned to me I was offered twenty five percent off a new purchase item. So not only did I not receive my repair I was forced to by another one. When at least I should’ve only paid the repair cost because it wasn’t returned to me. I think that was unfair to me because I was out of more money can someone please help me

placed an order on-line to pick up in store, credit card charge then noticed next day order was canceled. call on-line number was told the store where i was going to pickup canceled without explanation. they tried unsuccessfully to connect me as well as i left numerous voicemails no return call. I missed out on free bangle due to not being notified ,and canceling of my order. the on-line blamed the pickup store, went to store to return an item after spending $454.75 to be told it was the on-line fault. as a faithful and dedicated shopper of Pandora I'm totally disappointed that i was not able to get my free items. the amount I spent I would have been entitled to two free bangles. instead i got the blame game and jilted out of the promotion that Pandora had, i did my part Pandora need to adhere to theirs

long lines .? your return policy / repair I paid for something that should last when something going wrong your company should stand for your product . explain to your rep that if Im not happy I will not come back

The “manager” Tracy was VERY rude! She should be fired. She has no customer service, no patience & is highly defensive. She is the reason I will never shop at your Chicago Ridge location ever again & I will encourage all of my friends and family to never shop there.

Sales person treated me as if I stole merchandise. One price was given and at checkout was another. Had to explain to cashier promotion.

I purchased a bracelet with charms and one of the charms came off and I asked them to replace it and they said no obviously the sales person did not clamp it on correctly

Associate was rude, they took customers out of the back of the line instead of the front didn’t fix my problem wouldn’t give me warranty information ect

Waited in line outside the store for 30 mins just to go in and feel super rushed. Was looking for something in particular and it wasn’t available. They didn’t offer to try to order it. When I was looking for charms the sales rep was just rushing me. Horrible experience
