Did an online pickup and waited 45mins to get the order. Then when I got it I was given the wrong clasp and I had to go back. Went back to the store waited for over an hour, then was given the 3rd degree about the incorrect item I was provided. Then the associate helping me was allowing another customer to infringe on my shopping time and answered ?s distracting her from my issue of getting the correct item. It was unfair to wait for an hour to then “share” my shopping time With a bystander and then get a little friction on exchanging for the right bracelet I ordered.

I came in to purchase an item and exchange a charm still under warranty. They did not want to exchange my charm because I didn’t have the piece that broke off which I think is crazy. They really expect you to physically take all the pieces of an item in order for them to give you a new one.

The store manager needs to learn how to speak to customers I had an issue at the store I called customer service they technically told me oh well what can we do and I complained and no one listen. I want u to look at my account and see how much I spend by u guys but u definitely lost a customer for ever

I sent my assistant to the store to buy me a bracelet they didn't have the Size so ur sales reps took the Bracelet from. My assistant and never gave it back to her so I sent her back to the store they couldn't find it then they called me said they watched the camera and they see she never left with the bracelet and they will credit me I said ok then I went back to use the credit theyre giving me bull running around story I left a review and I got a respond to call an 800 number I did she took my name put me on hold for 37 minutes and hung up on me ... I have my att phone log showing the time and date the store called me to tell me about the credit u guys can watch the camera to confirm 2014233203 thus is my cellphone

I went to the desk and the older sales associate with gray hair was helping someone so I waited once she was finished she didn't even acknowledge us, she looked over at us and turned her back to act as if she didn't see us. Then my husband ask her was she not helping people today and that's when she came over. She showed my charms, I picked one out and she asked "do you want me to put the charm on your bracelet, AFTER you pay for it" I actually wanted it on my bracelet but she was really weird and he vibe was off so I wanted to hurry and get out of her presence because she clearly didn't want us in it. I'll continue to shop at pandora because I love my bracelets but I'll drive the extra miles to go to a different location.

When I was purchasing my charms the young lady didn't here me but I went to a lady that was at the entrance and she help me out.

My personal associate Abigail that was working with me was excellent. Well experience, friendly and patient. But the associate next to us Carolyn was very rude and disrespectful. She bush me to the side and spoke very rude to me as my daughter was with me. I ignored her because my daughter was standing there but I did tell one of the other assistant/ associate. I will never have her to assist me . I will definitely remember her name and face never 👎
