My daughter was given a charm as a gift that she already owns and I had the original receipt for it. I did not realize that the credit for it would only be available for use at this specific Pandora location and that I would not be able to use it online or at other locations. The associates at this store were very unfamiliar with their return policy and explained that they frankly did not know what the policy was. Now I have to go back to this location in order to use the store credit.

The sales associate was very dissmisive and with a flat affect. It was almost to a point of being rude.

I came into the store looking for a charm for my friends birthday. When I got to a sale associate they were egar to sell me the sale of $150 for 3 charms. I am in a financial bind at the moment so I could only afford a $40 charm. I kept asking the sales associate to show me something in my price range. She seems annoyed & only pointed out like 3 charms in that price range. I got frustrated that I just told her to help someone else while I browse through the store catalog. When I was ready I went to another associate who seemed annoyed I was only buying your "cheaper" charms. Now I am not aware of the stores policies with their employees or if they work based on commission?! I expected a friendlier attitude whether I was buying an expensive charm or a cheap charm. Plus, upon check out it appeared that the portable card card machines weren't working properly which was a minor inconvenience. My overall experience left a bad vibe from that store. I have shopped there before and bought my grandmother a $450 bracelet for her birthday. So I didn't appreciate the service this time around.

Whenever I go to the Pandora store in Chicago Ridge I was ask for Ms. Sylvia. Not that the others aren’t qualified but there is just something about Ms. Sylvia that makes me smile before and after my visit.

Sales associate Melanie M. Was more concerned with her commission versus me being a satisfied customer. I was looking to make two separate transactions; she insisted I make one transaction and shared she would get a higher commission that way. I was discouraged and dissatisfied at this point of not being treated as a valued customer. She made me feel her commission was more important than my customer experience and satisfaction. She got an attitude because I insisted on paying separate. Ultimately I cancelled a $650 sale due to her distasteful disposition. I will never recommend anyone to shop here especially with Melanie. She needs to be coached on delivering delightful and exceptional customer service to patrons! And not be more concerned with her commission and sharing this information with customers!

They cancel one of my charms I ordered online and when I got to the store a customer brought the same charm in the store and I asked the manager how could that happen and she said if the stock is low they canceled online orders so the customer in store has priority and that made me real mad and now I had to buy 3 more charms plus wait on my refund I won’t ever shop there again that was wrong and it was also my wife birthday too

Was given incorrect sizing information.. purchased item, immediately returned and to my utmost dissatisfaction realized the refund policy is for 30 days whereas the debit from my checking account was immediate.. unreasonable policy….customers should be made aware at time of purchase so they can decide on method of payment — is it the same policy for cash?? Totally dislike the extent of refund length of your policy..

I waited in line for over 35 Minute. While waiting in line at no point did an associate come out to inform us that there were no more promotion bracelets available. It wasn't until I had the items that I shopped for and I asked about the bracelet, that I was informed that they didn't have any available. Next when the sales associate gave me my total she never asked how I was paying or if I had any coupons. When I presented my survey receipt she was not to apply it. Then she called a manager and told her about my survey receipt and applied it as a discount. I asked if I returned my items would I get my $10 back she said no. At that time I asked for my receipt back. I made my purchase without using my $10 survey validation code.

Miscommunication between employees led to a wrong price being told to myself. When asking for why I,the customer, is being reprimanded for the employees mistakes. I was then told that because I was being a “rowdy” customer they would give me the original price told to me so that I could not cause a scene anymore. This was very unprofessional and rude.
