The store was packed, and the waiting time was unacceptable. No one even apologized for the wait. However, the merchandise is impressive and made me wait it out, eventhough my back was bothering me. I hope a few small stools can be installed in the front of the store for seniors, like me, or others who have shopped and want to drop.

COST TO MUCH

By COST TO MUCH | 1/20/2018

I think the prices are to expensive. It is understandable for the gold pieces, but the silver. the less expensive ones do not look nice at all for the price. and the ones that have some style you want to much. I think you are monopolizing on the individuals. There aren't a lot of promotions and the ones that are given you have to spend atleast $100 to benefit.

As soon as I walked in, it wasn't very clear about what the process is. There were three associates standing in the front just chatting and didn't acknowledge or try and help me find what I am looking for. Then they said to look around and let them know when I'm ready to buy something. Nobody helped me find what I am looking for or tell me that I'm supposed to put my name on a list for assistance until I asked for help. Finally when someone helped me, she was not friendly and seemed annoyed at my price range and the fact I took a few minutes to decide on what to get.

I thought the sales staff was very unfriendly. I needed to make an exchange, and the associate that helped me could not have been bothered. She did not try and help me find something else. When I did tell her what I was looking for, she was unfamiliar with the product.

I understand it was just days after Christmas and the associates where probably very tired but I felt rushed and the efforts to locate the dangling L ( which is being discontinued) at another Pandora store were non-existent by the sales associate. Perhaps staff is not allocated for the complete customer service experience during high sale times. Retail customer service is suffering across the industry with dollars being spent on marketing and practically none on employee training and development.

I understand that I was shopping during the holiday season but to have to wait almost two to three hours to shop was unacceptable.

on this particular visit the host had me sign in through a digital device that she had on hand and stated i will be contacted via text message. when my turn to see an sales agent was nearing, Which she gave me an estimated time of 90mins. I actually liked the new method but that feeling switched 90 mins later when i never got a text. i walked up to the host and she said that they had sent me a msg a while ago. i kindly told her that i never got a text and showed her on my text thread that it was never received . in a condescending manner she stated" we sent you a text" about 3 other times after i told her i never received any notice. they then put me on the list which i had to wait another 30 mins to get attended. they when i finally was called, i told the rep i wanted a charm for my mother and 3 gift cards. the agent kept looking away as if she was distracted and showed me some pieces but seem bothered and had a face as if she was trying to rush me. i quickly picked a piece because i felt rushed. My wife and i have spent thousands of dollars at pandora but due to these recent expierences we have had with pandora i positive that will change.

There was not enough staff for the volume of customers.... especially considering that this is the week before the holiday!

Well I've NEVER been to a store where I had to WAIT to go inside! I waited nearly 40 minutes just to get in the store, & then another 15 just to finally see someone.

I had a limited amount of money to spend. I had ideas what I wanted to buy as a gift. It was an essence charm, not knowing you needed the essence bracelet. So with that being said, and my budget, I needed a new idea. I was trying to get ideas from the sales associate but it seemed to be just one pair of earrings that were in my range. And happened to be right in front of her. There wasn't really any help looking at other charms or getting other ideas what the store had to offer. It was a pair of earrings in the case right in front of us. So I agreeed. They were pretty. But as u proceed to check out I notice a bunch of other earrings and even necklaces and charms that could of been in my budget. So right away I felt buyers remorse. I wasn't happy with my purchase I felt rushed, and basically I felt this way because the associate knew I had a small budget amount. So I ended up returning the earrings that same day. And I found a charm I do like and I will get it at the Oak Brook center location.
