My husband and I were not told the piece we purchased was a non returnable item. We were exchanging it due to the size. Luckily, they had one more left in the correct size. When I asked the sales associate is it normal to allow a customer to make a purchase for a non returnable without telling them, she stated yes and said the information is on the receipt. This is poor customer service

I wanted to do an exchange on a ring that was a gift that broke but because I didn’t have the receipt I was not allowed to.

I waited 1 hour to be helped then felt very rushed by our sales person, she did have a good suggestion however was rushed. After waiting for an hour to even be helped then had to wait another 40 minutes to check out! That is ridiculous and very frustrating it should not take that long to check out. If it wasn't for my daughters who needed a different size and we ended up buying two more rings I would have walked out. Almost two hours for something that should have taken no more then 15 minutes.

I applied and was approved for credit card. I was not given my account number or receipt of application on my visit.

I was a little pressed for time and mentioned this to the 2 ladies at the door. I still was put on a list and was told I was welcome to browse. I then reinterated that I had an appointment and new exactly what I wanted as I watched the 2 ladies stand at the desk while this was unnecessary because the store was not crowded. After seeing my dissatisfaction 1 of the ladies asked if she could help me. She could have helped me Clearly from the time I entered the store and expressed that if I could please be waited on as soon as possible or it would be okay I would return at a later time if this was not possible. I will not return here I will shop at Oakbrook where I’m clearly given better service.

I asked for a email receipt i have never received and I called they said it take 24 hours still no receipt

The sales ladies are too aggressive when servicing. They hound you to buy more than one charm or spacer! If I come for more than one I will make the purchase, is their pay based on how many they sell??

I came in around 730 PM. The store was very crowded. After waiting 50 minutes, the sales associate rushed the service. I felt like all she cared about was collecting a paycheck. I think that when you’re spending over $150 on a gift for someone with the potential of coming back and purchasing again the sales associate should try to make the customer feel welcome. Had it not been that I was purchasing a gift for my niece, I would have left.

I had a merchandcrefot to use and I was not informed that I cannot use it when there are any specials going on in the store. And after 45 min of waiting to be helped and after picking the charms I wanted and was ready to pay that's when I was informed that I cannot use the credit because there is a special going on. So after an hour spent in the store I left empty handed.
