The sales associate called me to make the selections over the phone. She never asked the size I wanted, but brought out the smallest. Then waited until I opened the bag to say that they aren't taking returns. She should have gotten the size from me when taking my order.

The associate that helped me was not knowledgeable on how to take an item off that I know longer wanted. She kept telling me I had to purchase it even though I didn’t want to only bc she did not know how to take it off. We kept going back and forth and she finally got the manager bc she realized she was not going to force me into purchasing something just bc she didn’t know what she was doing. Her attitude was disgusting and this was my first time coming to the Chicago ridge location I usually go to Orland. I was just leaving work so was in the area but never again.

I was visiting Atlanta and wanted to add to my travel bracelet. While speaking with the salesperson I was informed that that location in Lenox Mall didn’t sell ATL charms. Me being somewhat new to Pandora collecting, I was extremely disappointed. I was informed that location was a headquartered location, I left there disappointed.

The associate showed me what I asked for; however she was so laxed. I had to ask if she would place the charms on my bracelet. She offered absolutely no advice on what she thought or how to appropriately balance my bracelet. I don't even recall a thanks for shopping there or for my purchases.

I was not satisfied with my experience because the sales associate dis not try to show me variety. I asked what she recommended and she stood silent. Not very good selling.
