Didn't like the sales associate, also the sale merchandise was gone , then you cant get nothing cleaned and they had no solution

had tried for 4 days by phone to place a curbside order with no response. when order was placed no-one came to curb.had to go in store. line was out the door around building. manager handled me who talked me down and was great, however out of stock on quite a few items. felt rushed to find replacement again manager was wonderful.

The knowledge of the sales rep. I went to the the store to buy stopper charms for the bracelet as a gift. When i get home, find out i need silicone stoppers to insert into the stopper charms. The sales rep did not mention or suggest anything on the stopper charms. So i ended up with an incomplete gift and having to go back to the store. Sales rep should not miss details like these because it causes at inconvenience to the customer.

The sales associate I received was not friendly and in a way I felt like I was being stereotyped. I was able to hear other associates conversations with their customers and how engaging they were with their clients and mines was not, I wanted to walk off and just go and stand with the other associates. She did not offer for me to apply for the credit card and was upset because I asked for a child’s bracelet, in which I knew was my size wrist.

There was a sale and there was only two associates helping customers yet there were other workers in the store just standing in place

The wait time was too long and the would on let two in the store. It was four of us they should have said that at check in. Not so friendly.Had better visits.

Sale associate was not friendly at all, horrible customer service. She handed me the book with the charms but never recommended, never asked what I was looking for.

I had stay away from the counter couldn’t put my purse on counter I couldn’t even see the charms from where they wanted me stand I rather order on line I see the charms better on line

They claimed to have text me about my order being ready. I never received text messages nor emails. I never received a confirmation and when I called to ask about my pickup merchandise, the employee seemed bothered and gave me an attitude stating “well that’s the number we have”
