Cynthia who helped me during my visit showed me charms and even told me my bracelet was under warranty I had no idea that i had a warranty.

I was able to enter immediately. The sale associate was able to help me pick the charms I wanted with ease. I was happy with my results and completing my bracelet.

Sales associate Carolina F. Was very persistent in helping me with my selection and her knowledge about the product was very persuasive. I even liked her jewelry as well I will be purchasing her ring 💍 style.

The Associates were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes after making a selection. The Associate at the register helped me to arrange the charms on my bracelet.

Store was very clean and elegant looking, i was able to get quick assistance right when i walked in. Lauren was able to help me look through charms by asking questions on what i'd be interested in. She was very sweet and had good communication with her and she was able to convince me to get a charm that I was actually really in love with even though my first I wanted to go with a cheaper charm.
