I was rushed to make my purchase and when I decided at the register I wanted to add an item to my order the associate was bothered and rushing me again.

Sale associated was showing frustration and lack of interest in helping to exchange merchandise. The store became crowded with no social distances between customers.

I went to the store with my son who was looking for two specific items. The store was empty so we were able to be taken care of right away and he was able to get the items he wanted. However, as I was exploring other merchandise for myself, I felt the sales associate that assisted us was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful to me. As I pointed out a necklace and earrings set that I saw, she not once offered to take them out of the and show them to me. I found that to be especially odd when I asked about the specific length of the chain as I was very vocal about the importance of the chain length and placement of the charm. Because I felt so unwelcome by the unhelpful associate I decide not to more forward with a purchase. Also, it really tarnished my experience overall and left me wanting to explore others locations with more inviting workers.

The sales associate did not inform us of the special that was going on. We missed out on getting the free jewelry box. I really wished I would have known about it.

The sales associate Jasmin was not friendly. I was not feeling "welcomed". I think the sanitation of the station was over the top with me compared to the next customer that I watched her take care of.

the sales lady that helped me was very rude. I was so surprised because every time i come to this location I usually have a pleasant experience, but Ive never dealt with this particular employee. I wanted to look at some pieces to buy but she only showed me what she wanted and got upset when i moved down to the nearby case to see the bracelets, she told me to come back to that case where she was working really rudely, then everytime I wanted to touch something she wanted me to put on hand sanitizer. I did not enjoy spending my money with your store yesterday, i may return the items purchased.

I buy a lot of pandora two full bracelets 27 charms and it seem every time the free charm giveaway I go the first few days they say it’s always gone I just don’t think it’s right but my kids continue to buy for me because they know I love pandora I really wanted that charm so bad ty

I asked how much was a bracelet with a charm and she only gave me the price of the bracelet not with the charm so I wasn't expecting the price

I bought 3 bracelets over 65 dollars and received 1 free charm. Went to another store and was told I should have gotten 3 then was told they was out of the charms. Then had to drive a hour away to get the free charm.
