I went to my local store and there was a long line. But they were 4 employees standing outside the store talking to each other. Gets me upset that there’s 4 people just talking not acknowledging us!

There was a long line to get into the store & so by the time I made it to the front of the line I was happy until I count seven different people leaving out of the store before I could go in was I was able to go into the store the sales lady was not welcoming & seem already aggravated & she was very short I was looking for Disney charms for my daughter birthday present & the sale lady only showed me one tray I had to asked about the new ones & she seem mad because she had to check in the back if it wasn’t for the fact that I waited in that long line with heels on & it was my birthday and I didn’t have the time to really shop around and I was shopping for my daughter birthday which is right after mine then I would have just walked out but no longer planning on spending my money with Pandora again Ill take my money to Kay’s Jewelry or somewhere else

Sales associates were not knowledgeable of how to use the Afterpay process. Spent an hour in store figuring out how to use the Afterpay to pay for my merchandise. I finally received help from Afterpay associate on phone, but was very frustrated.

THE PERSON THAT CHECK ME OUT, TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO ARRANGE MY BRACELET. SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS ONE OF, THE MANAGERS THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANOTHER ONE.

Rude workers in the store especially when I was interested in jewelry and asked about it, she didn’t seem willing to show me, so I didn’t want to give her a sale so I walked away. The cashier was even worse with her attitude when handing my exchange it just reminded me why I don’t come ever in person.

The associated who helped me made feel rushed. She seemed bother with showing me different charms. I felt she was annoyed. She needs to improve her customer service skills.

The sales associate was very short with me and was not helpful with selections. She kept saying WHAT YOU WANNA SEE NEXT? she wouldn't try the clips on my bracelet so when I got to the counter to check out, I asked the cashier if I could out the clips on my bracelet so I could see how they looked. Good thing I did because one of the clips was DEFECTIVE and I DO NOT like the way they looked. I could hear other sales associates working pleasantly with their customers but I did not have the same experience. I have been a LONG time Pandora customer and I was HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the service that I received yesterday. Also, when the cashier was trying to help me open the clips to try them on my bracelet she called over the associate who showed me the clips. The associate then took the clips and put them on the glass counter and opened them SCRATCHING THEM UP ON THE GLASS. Not even putting my clips in the tray! TERRIBLE!

Not being able to upgrade on the free bracelet to go towards the purchase requirement ex: if item is $125-$65 free bracelet pay difference to gone min Purchase.. Sales associate Nicole was impatient and not very accommodating
