I purchased a bracelet for my daughter’s sweet 16th birthday. My daughter wasn’t present when I purchased. It was a surprise gift. The bracelet was too big so we returned to Pandora to exchange. When the sales associate was trying the bracelet on. The 1st when seemed too small, so we tried another. I asked would it be okay in the length future purchase for more charms. The sales associate was very unpleasant. Please I did not know since this was our 1st purchase. She seemed bother and very rude. that I asked the question. As a customer representative she was there to service and it was horrible especially since my daughter was there this visit to try on the bracelet. It was a really horrible experience, sadly a special moment for my daughter sweet 16th birthday turned very sour.

My sister and I came into the store with very good knowledge of what we wanted to purchase at this time, however the sale associate was very slow and had to ask for help with the ringing up process and not able to breeze through the sale. Not sure if she was new to the brand, however it took extremely long for this visit. Not only to mention she did ask for help from her other colleagues and they were not as as helpful as they should have been. Lack of enthusiasm to assist, Definitely not the Pandora brand.

I usually make my purchase online , but decided to go to the store this time, all the girls are just gossiping and the girl that attend me looked u happy to do her job so unprofessional, I was very disappointed

I was invited into the store and NO ONE offered to assist me. Upon telling the rep at the door, she stated she would get someone. However, I still waiting another 15 minutes before anyone offered to assist me. But I was continually asked to move out of the way of the counter so an associate could assist someone else. Others that came into the store after me. When I finally was able to speak to someone, the young lady was very helpful however, they need to better organized how customers are serviced when coming in. I was told to enter and each spot at the counter an associate told me to move, absolutely NO ONE asked "are you being help" or "if I needed help" I shouldn't have been asked to go ahead and step into the store if no one was ready to assist me.

I have serval items I wanted cleaned but was told I would have to leave my items for 5 days for cleaning and they can not do it in the store anymore!!! Which I have NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR heard of before and will not do !

Sale associate was not helpful, lacked showing merchandise. She handed me a book to browse through, what’s the point of going into the store if I’m going to be handed a book to shop? Salesperson wasn’t friendly, she seemed annoyed and lacked to even try to sell me merchandise.

The Sales associate was rushing and very speedy demeanor rushing me to make decisions very snappy. The cashier who had to place my charms on displayed a negative not wanting to do it attitude.
