The pick up process was not smooth. Other than the door greeter, the staff was not welcoming at all. I was picking up an online order, which I asked to be gift wrapped, I was told by the associate that they do not offer such service. I thought it was strange, but didn't think much of it due to all of the new covid guidelines. If it wasn't for me having to go home and wrap the item myself, I would have never noticed that they gave me the completely wrong order. It may be best to make it protocol that with pick up items, the item is shown to the person to ensure accuracy before shoving it into a bag. Upon revisiting the location for an exchange, I did not receive an apology and no one was eager to assist me. Everyone had an attitude as if it was my fault they gave me the wrong order. I wouldn't return to this location if this was the last location on earth.

They assign you to a customer service rep which is fine but maybe I would of liked to look around see what new things you had, you would probably make more money if you allow the customer to browse??

I bought a bracelet in Texas the bracelet keeps breaking every time I get it repaired it breaks again I went to Miami try to get it fixed they said because they no longer have it they could not fix it I’ve been having a problem with this particular bracelet since my husband purchased it. I don’t appreciate the service on this bracelet issue there should not be a problem and they should be able to exchange this bracelet for something else.

The salesperson was ok, but the cashier was not. My birthday was 3/13, but she would not honor my birthday coupon and was very rude.

I brought in 3 bracelets full of charms, I wanted to change them I showed them to the sales girl she sold me new bracelets that the charms don't fit on.

I placed an order on line. The site and email stated I would be contacted within 24 hours for payment information and shipping. I was contacted 4 days later when they told me if I didn't pick up my items that day they were going to cancel the order. When I got there I showed them the site and email and they couldn't tell me why I wasn't contacted and they also told me I got the last free bracelet and I know it couldn't have been when I placed the order the day the sale 1st started.

Exchange policy after making the wrong purchase was not option I had order another ring called customer service 5 minutes after mi purchase was not able to help with the exchange.

I felt as though I was being rushed through the entire experience. The prices of my items were not legible and very misleading. The cashier wasn't concerned that I was dissatisfied with my purchase.
