No organization, lack of communication from greeter, we were skipped because we were right outside the store in front of greeter. Had stroller.

I went to make a purchase. I asked the sales person in she could put the new charms on my bracelet, and she told me she didn’t know how in the other sales person put them on wrong it was flip-flop I was so unhappy.

I was not satisfied because the sales associate wasn’t engaging or friendly. He seemed to not want to be bothered. I didn’t feel like my time was valued.

I had made an online purchase on 12/19 and it still wasn't available on 12/22. I could never reach the store by phone to inquire about why my online purchase was still in processing. Online customer service told me to go to the store to find out what was going on since they could not contact them. I had to wait in about an hour long line to get my order. They made a lot of excuses and I was totally dissatisfied how the disfunctional Pandora operated.

There were many associates to help customers, but the wait time to even enter the store went beyond thirty minutes, then another thirty minutes to wait to check out. I do not understand if you have handheld devices, why isn't every attendant equipped to check out their guests as they service them? Why are customers filling out forms on pen and paper, only for attendants to digitally enter it in the system when seen? System is highly inefficient. Product inventory is not available either. I asked for at least ten different charms and bracelets to find that the store was ill equipped. Doesn't make sense to keep going to Pandora if I find that I stood in line for thirty minutes to only find that your products are not well stocked.

I get it’s Christmas I don’t mind waiting in line, but why during the most busiest time of year are the sales people not ringing their customers up, why should I have to wait in another line to pay, which was very disorganized??

I placed my order online. Two hours go by then I read 4 hours but don't come until the confirmations email. Six hours ( and STILL waiting as of today) for them email. In the store i went to check onn order. Im told " oh we are a separate entity and can't check online orders). I ordered online because I need gift for the next day. Now I had to Buy Another of the same gift and paid MORE. Not happy at all.

I placed an online order. The email stated please allow 2 hours to pull order. I waited 4 hours to go into the store. After waiting an additional 35 minutes, I finally got offered help. I was informed that to get the one charm I ordered online was not ready yet. I was two options: 1) pay for the charm again in store and cancel my order OR wait until the charm was pulled. So instead of pulling the charm and fulfilling my order, jasmin at the Chicago ridge location made me pay for the item AGAIN which took her roughly 30 seconds to grab from the cabinet. The online pickup process did not make any sense. I just hope I get my original $71 back without an issue like Jasmin said. Overall, extremely disappointed.
