just the length of waiting time was fairly long I understand it is holiday time still though.

The wait was over 45 minutes.

With my purchase I did not receive the Pandora seal bag for my bracelet.

There was a 35% off sale during my visit. Where I completely understand the chaotic nature of the day/event for the sales staff there was no communication to customers standing in line. People were walking up to the store and allowed to walk right in while the rest of us were in line. When they came out to call names for customers waiting in line they weren't speaking loud enough for the commotion going on and people were being overlooked.

The wait was too long for each step. Had to wait for associate, wait for cashier. It’s just a long process.

I wasn't satisfied because the sales person didn't seem to enthusiastic to sell or show me certain items and had a serious expression for the most part.

I wanted to exchange a ring for a different style and more expensive but the wouldn't let me and I still had the box and it never been worn

The wait was to long. I was in the store over an hour before I was able to meet with the consultant.

I didn't like the fact that they called me to tell me about a discount on if you spend $125.00 or more in the store you can get a discount. I have asked the sale associate when will they have a sale on if you spend $125.00 or more you can get a bracelet and she told me that the sale was about a week ago. I have been asking about that sale for about all most a year. If you can call me for a discount you surely can call me for something like that. The other thing is that my bracelet has change colors and she tried to clean it and it still look dirty. I owe you $135.00 and I think when I send that payment I will not buy anything else

BECAUSE THEY WOULDN’T AND R HONOR ONLINE PRICES IN THE STORE
