The customer service that was provided by the sales associate, showed signs of the individual not really being interested in helping me, during the time. Instead of being enthusiastic to help she was very stand-offish and disengaged.

The sales person who waited on my sister and I disregarded me, made me feellike I was a nuisance. Did not offer me the same type of purchase optionsso I did not spend as much as l planned to spend. I will go to a different Pandora

I asked for a Gift receipt and was told that was not store policy. My friend purchased an item for me at the Orland square mall store and was given a gift receipt for me,i informed the Chicago ridge store and was told they were unable to issue. I expressed my disappointment but did purchase item for my friend.

I felt that my sales associate was not very interested in helping me. It seemed like I was imposing on her. The associate was very short with me and made me feel rushed.

First because on the color I was trying to purchase far as charms, they didn't have to much to choose from!

I came in to purchase a bracelet for a Confirmation gift. I wanted to look at all the charms on display and was told I couldn't walk around the store that Tracy would have to bring them to me. I felt my options were limited to what she wanted to show me. I did purchase the bracelet with a charm but had to exchange it because it was too small.

It was very crowded and some sales associates were not helping the ease of moving things along. Also, there was a sign in sheet that wasn't being followed, until someone brought it to the sales associates attention.

The wait was to long. And the store gets so crowded you cant look at the charms.
