The sales associate was not very informative. Didn't get the impression my purchases were appreciated. Felt I was being rushed.

The sale associates was a great person but when I went up to pay their was two ladies together one was really rude I asked her if I should put PayPal or debit when paying and she just said but whatever and gave me attitude then she left and the one that stayed was really nice and help me with my purchase

The wait time is ridiculous. As someone who knew exactly what they were coming to buy I feel like there should be some kind of express lane for those who don't need to browse versus those who do. I waited 45 min for a 10 min transaction

The girl liliana was kind of rushing our whole experience with the store my mom and I usually go there and the girls there are wonderful just today it wasn’t the best experience

Only customer in the store and had to bvb ask for assistance. Then had to wait for them to refer to the list thatvI place my name on when I enter to determine who was going to assist me.

It felt more like a business transaction versus a customer experience. My sales person was very dry and unenthusiastic.
