i took you all survey and they said i could not use my 10 off cause the store was not open it was not my fought and i just think i should have been able to use it i came back as soon as the store open back up .

I’m not happy with the reflections collection I spent $600 in pandora just for my charms to come up missing! I’m not sure if the young lady applied my jewelry on correctly, I’m livid!!!

Due to Covid-19 I was not able to physically enter the store. The representative that took my online order was helpful and the curbside pickup experience was flawless

I was told that my account was closed. therefor I wasn't able to purchase the items that i had took time to selected. Also the butterfly clasp that I purchase hasn't open up on me and I look one of my clips

I felt like the last customer before closing time....I did asked to get my bracelet clean the rep stated it will be 30mins like to discourage me to get the service I always get....but she did show some signs of life when I paid for my purchase and handing me my receipts. She was very dry and just ready to go home.

I'm use to the Orland store more room and they only had overnight service for bracelet to be cleaned.

Prices a bit too high. Some of the associates have an attitude. Associates look at you differently.

The customer service representative wasn't very friendly as others I've encountered from the Orland Park location. She didn't interact too much as others have helped or rendered their opinion on rings that might be good to group together. However, she did indicate what certain pieces wordings that was difficult to read.
