The sales associate was rude. She barely showed me any charms. Like she wanted me out of there I asked her to show me a variety of things and would only take out one charm with the highest price and kept rolling her eyes

While searching for charms online, I noticed that the prices at Pandora were at least $10 more than the online prices. I felt that the store could have done a price match which many retailers do these days.

One of my charms that I’ve already purchased wasn’t coming off so I asked an sssiciste to assist me and she end of damaging my bracelet during the process so now I have to buy a whole new bracelet .

They did not have everything I was looking for in your Chicago Ridge Store. I came in to buy two bracelets and necklaces. Only had the infinity bracelet. I was looking for the infinity necklace and the Love bracelet.

I thought that I was paying for a half off item but it was something else charged instead. The sale representatives seemed annoyed and a little rude. Maybe it was because of the virus.
