I was a bit dissatisfied with the fact that i was told by the cashier that I had to pay a difference in "tax" when all I did was exchange the ring for a smaller size.

the sales associate wasn't friendly and we waiting outside the store to come in i was looking for 1/2 charms. Asked her questions and she was not focused on me she was wanting me to make up my mind quickly. i will not return to this store but will to another store.

I was over charged for a braclet associate scam it wrong if i didnt check my braclet wouldn't had a warranty

The sales person did not look.for certain items that I.asked for. While waiting to check out I saw charms that I had asked about. She was horrible as far as customer service she trying to get sale to go to another client.

The sales associate didn't seem too friendly or understanding to what I was looking for. Her attitude towards the next customer was very upbeat and she was more helpful

Pandora was out of the promotional item. I was speaking to the associate ringing me out when another associate popped into our conversation. She was trying unsuccessfully to be helpful, so I had to kindly excuse her and the original person I was speaking to was able to assist me with a solution. This agitated me.

New member and unfortunately wasn't able to use my new pandora member coupon.

The sales associate gave me a hard time about returning my item. She insinuated that I had not purchased the item.
