I was looking for larger dangling charms for my bangle bracelets and my necklace. (All of Pandora’s charms are small) I like to stack bangles, for a bolder effect. I was disappointed that Pandora hasn’t created a line of larger dangling charms.

The experience felt rushed

Ist time at a Pandora. I love my selection. Quality is nice.

Long wait products wasn’t available & sales associate wasn’t helpful.

I had to wait in line. Stock was not available. Sales person seem uninterested.

The representative are rude and rush through the process of your purchase. They do not provide suggestions either.

The young lady taking care of us did not seem very interested in what she was doing! I didn’t feel like she was willing to go out of her way to help us at all! Showed us basic stuff and that was it!!

When asking the associate questions about products, her responses were always, “I’m not sure,” and “I think so.” She wasn’t very friendly.

I felt I was rushed by the associate I told her about problem with a charm and her answer was , well I never had a problem with mines, she replace a charm and didn’t ask me where I wanted it , she just put it on my braclet, mind you I have 2 on .. I usually have great service but my mon and I wasn’t happy this time.
