I did not standing in line to get in, it was Christmas Eve, so it was expected; however once I selected my merchandise, it took longer for me to pay for my item compared to the time it took for me to get inside of the store

I think for the price of the jewelry the quality is not there. The free bangle that was given out after a purchase of a $150 was very cheap and consisted of quality. Pandora seems to charge ridiculous prices for lower quality material which is unacceptable

Sales associate came off as rude when I asked about an exchange. I purchased a safety chain at another location the day before and I wanted to exchange it, She wrinkled her nose and said “NO, it’s USED” as if it were dirty. It was BRAND NEW.

My sales rep was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. The cashier wasn't engaging. She was talking to other cashiers. When asked to place my new charm on my bracelet, she was reluctant. Without asking where I wanted the charm she placed it on the bangle. I had to remind her to remove the spacer before adding the new charm. I'm so glad I did because before I arrived home the closing bead to my bangle came off and was lost. I'm devastated I've only had this bracelet since Thanksgiving. After Christmas I'll return to the store to discuss replacement
