I was at the Chicago Ridge store shopping for a birthday gift for my daughter & the sales representative was nice & very helpful!

I was happy but I think they should give more discount if you don't have a lot of money but further than that I was happy with everything

Their are never sales in that Pandora store. Online merchandise from Ruelala if item is still sold in Pandora store the sale price should be the same as sold on Ruelala. Pandora should email offers / coupon savings not just 7 day call in survey

The staff is amazing. Jennifer is amazing! I love the items but they definitely need rest in heaven or Rest In Peace charms !!

No money back when you want to return something that you both online. Poor quality, didnt expect that from the famous Pandora!

I have been dissatisfied with the quality of the rose gold material. One of my charms is significantly damaged and it is now beyond the time of an exchange. When I was last in the store, I inquired about a replacement and was told that it just needed to be cleaned. The bracelet and charms were clean but the charm's appearance didn't improve much. Outside of this, the color selection is sometimes disappointing...the red charms that I was interested in appeared to be more of a fuchsia than red. There also aren't many yellow charms.

I was highly satisfied

The wait was a bit. overall great experience. employees were nice.
