It would be nicer to have the associates create conversation. But overall she was pleasant and helpful.

I was not highly satisfied because I do not give the top score on a first time survey. I need to be there at least three times. I expect my experience to get better all the time.

I am just somewhat dissatisfied with the flow of a purchase. I have to sometimes wait in line until an associate is assigned to me. And then i have to wait in line to make the purchase. I have never understood why my sales associate can't just ring me out. I asked the manager and her response was that's the way Pandora has always done it.

It was really packed and the sales associate was kinda rushing us to pick what we wanted.

Well I was very satisfied with my first ever visit, the sales associate, Bianca S. , was VERY helpful and friendly. My second visit was also satisfactory but the crowding of the store made me feel rushed.

There was confusion on how to obtain service. It didn't appear they were ready to receive a crowd with the current promotion advertised. More structure is needed. Then when you go into the store after giving your name you're not sure who you are going to receive service from.
