the store is to cold looking. Needs some warmest to it. Seems very plain. For the merchandise and price of it It needs a cozy inviting feel.

With it being the holidays, there were no sales. No type of discounts for buying multiple items which made me not want to buy more things.

I felt like for the amount of time you are required to wait there should at least be some seating available for individuals with disabilities at a minimum. People were waiting against the walls to make their selections and then you are required to wait again to pay for your purchase. With people waiting, others were not able to view the selections around the walls as much. Seating is much needed.

I entered the store which had only a few customers. I looked at the products and a clerk approached me. I explained what o wanted and she began to assist me. Then she asked if someone signed me in at the podium. I explained that no one was there when I entered. She then put my name on the list. Three other customers who entered after I did were helped before me . I thought tho s was bad business. No one was there and there were only two other customerrs when I entered. Terrible way to treat a regular customer.

Wait time was extremely long for assistance. Small store. Very crowed. Check out time was extensive

As a customer I feel that my overall visit wasn’t satisfactory as it should have been when purchasing items from your location . I think that when working with customer you should be personable and friendly, due to this is job to ensure that customer have a pleasurable encounter at your establishment .

I originally went in in search of a charm and the store did not carry it. The associate treated me as if I was going to steal by not showing us the products. She showed us the products after she seen I was taking a new bracelet home.

Although I was overall satisfied with my visit to Pandora, I felt a little rushed through the process of selecting my items. This was my first Pandora purchase. I would have liked to browse a little more, but am definitely happy with my purchase.
