The waiting process. To go from waiting 30 or 45minutes to get a text to return and then be told you had to wait again.

My sales associate was more concerned with getting off work then she was with helping me choose my charms. I waited 40 minutes and was patient knowing it's a busy time of the year just to get an associate who was not engaged at all! At one point she looked over to another associate and tapped her watch. During my wait I observed other associates and they were friendly and helpful and asked their customers if they wanted water, I was never asked.

Due to the 45% off sale Alot of merchandise was gone. I was looking for two items and they was sold out. I was upset because I heard that they may retire the items. The sales associate Tracy helped me find something else in which it was a good deal as well. Thanks Tracy from Chicago Ridge Mall Pandora store.

I was highly satisfied! I've always wanted a bracelet especially since I love Disney so I'm looking forward to buying those charms!! Finally got one for Christmas !
