Sales associate was applying a lot of pressure. But I am aware that it is her job. Would like more specific items like a “50” charm, daughter-in-law, Grandson, mama’s boy charm, retirement, Cousin, simply “friend” and sorority/fraternity or Greek alphabet.

The sales person was rushing and not patient

The store was very crowded not enough workers walked around for a couple min before being helped

This was my first visit to a Pandora store so I didn't know exactly what I was searching for. The sales women did not seem too helpful in getting my started with a bracelet.

There should be more associates for the amount of traffic this store gets. I didn’t have to wait long this time, but because it was crowded people were invading my space when looking at jewelry.

Long lines to get service and long waits to checkout!

I don’t understand why I cannot find a San Francisco charm. You have Paris and other places...

I was not highly satisfied because of the wait time that there was. Also the selection was few with the items that I wanted.

Well, i had to wait 45 mins to get in. The girl who helped me was a sweetheart but that cashiers kept giving me a nasty stare and kept rolling my eyes at me. I did not feel comfortable here and i do not wish to come back.
