I wanted a sand dollar charm and that was not an option. Regardless, your prices are much higher than I would normally spend on a single charm which will affect me making future purchases.

The sales associate was kinda of rude.

The associate could of been a Lil more friendly and more cheerful.

I was satisfied because they had to product I was looking for and it only took me five minutes to receive my jewelry.

there was a problem with the credit/debit card reader

Just one so called heart I have bought, it good in box.But when looked at better at home it looked more like a flaw

Very long wait time.

The store location is to small and crowed.

I understand when you’re buying something the sales associate is suppose to encourage you to buy a certain item, but when I know I want something specific, trying to change my mind won’t work
