I was satisfied with my Pandora experience and this is my first time purchasing from there. My visit was quick and I purchase an item that I wish to enjoy wearing, and the quality seems good but time will tell. My experience was short, quick but satisfied.

They didn't have the gold bracelet Iwanted,It was only in rose gold.

There was a line due to a sales promotion, and the person who was signing the customers in was very rude. She didn't know how to communicate well with customers

It wasn't really much with the experience because the staff were amazing and kind but the quality of the rings were terrible as if they were used or something because just about 3 days after purchasing it a gem stone fell out which really bugged me after the price I paid for it

I was assisted right away which I was pleased because I was in a hurry to pick up a last minute gift. When I reached the sales representative I told her what my max spending amount was and she said very rude that nothing at the store would match my price range. I wanted to spend no more then $60-80 and I was looking for a confirmation charm which I found it and loved it but I thought it was too simple so I was willing to go over my limit if she would have helped me or even showed interest in showing me other charms around my price range. I just think that when I gave her a price range she lost interest in what I wanted to purchase. My niece loved her charm though, Thanks!!!

I came in looking for the nurse charm. The associate wasn't sure and then looked in a couple of cases and said, "we dont have it". I asked when will it come in. She said we dont know or have a way of knowing
