I asked about any specials and wasn't provided with any. However, today I received an email regarding sales. I would have purchased more if I knew of the sale.

I don't really know

I bought small bracelet, and she told me about small size is good. When I went home, the small size is not good. I need medium size. I went after four days from I bought it to exchange the size, but she said I cannot because there is no more and she just exchanged the ring.

Everything was fine except the items I wanted were out of stock. I wanted the graduation set or the grafiTiin owl charm and 2018 tassel everything was out even queen bee charms only 2 styles were available.

There was a long wait to be assisted and there isn’t a wider selection for rose gold options that fit interest such as women in the construction field, military, dancer and althletics.

Unfortunately I visited on MOTHER'S DAY weekend. So, the wait was over 1hour this was not the fault of any of the staff. So my visit did not go as smoothly as it usually does. But, the staff was completely professional and poised as always.

The store was clean. The customer service was exceptional. I really like my purchase.

I was not thrilled about having to wait in line to see a store attendant. There should be more store attendants on stand by to attend customers quicker.
