Pandora Jewelry

A pendent that I purchased bent, and it was discontinued. Also, there was a lack of options for the regular sized clips, there were so many empty spaces in the selection tray. I had more options online, but I find I prefer to see and purchase them in store.

The price is to high and all though you'll have a lot of charms it's not enough of a certain color I really like!

I was not given options for longer chains so I have to get use to the one I bought I was told after the fact it doesn't come with a longer chain option and I assumed the chains were standard lengths. Customers were bothering my sales rep while working with me. I felt bad because Nina was very very nice.

I will highly recommend because of how they satisfy me with what I was looking for. The knowledge of how she explain them to me .Her friendly customer service.The environment was ok the person who was helping me was nice and very good at doing her job .BUT there was one co-worker that just kept on staring at me and my family when we went to go purchase some jewelry she did not took her eyes from me made me really uncomfortable and make me want to leave the place but my person that was helping me she was okay but it was her co-worker who made my visit very unpleasant. Other than that my visit was okay.

The sales clerk took time to remove and place my charms on my bracelet and made suggestions to add more color. I was very pleased

No reason.. I wasn't highly satisfied because the charms I wanted were available.

The store was crowded so there was a bit of a wait.

I shop in Pandora regularly and this is the first time I was not happy with the service I was given. The sales representative was very short with her answers and she did not seem interested in helping me. She was showing me what I asked to see but not making recommendations or helping me to find additional items. At one point i asked her to see a bracelet, she went to pull it out of the cabinet and held it up to show me from across the room. Not at all the service I am accustomed to from Pandora sales reps.

My experience was ok. I usually really enjoy shopping in pandora but for some reason I didn’t. I do also believe that the material was a little overpriced for what it was and the components it took to make them.
