The SA that put my name on the waiting list misspelled my name. This was an issue when it was my turn to be waited on. I waited for 50 minutes to be assisted, no one offered me water. The clerk that rang me up, rang up my purchase while I was still standing in line instead of calling me over to the register and when I went to check on the items she was rude. Spent $300 and no one offered me water. This was not one of my best shopping experiences at Pandora.

This was my first visit. The store was very crowded. There was somewhat of a long wait to speak with a sales rep to pick out what I wanted. After my name was called, the process went very quickly. Everyone was friendly, maybe the store needs more sales reps during sales and promotional periods.

I was satisfied with my shopping experience I would like to have seen more number charms and initials. Those were very plain compared to the other charms.

After I had made my selections I had to wait 20 minutes to pay! Ridiculous! You. Have all these girls helping customers and only 1 person taking payment! Not good business!

I just don't like the merchandise. I received a gift that I didn't like so I went to the store to try to exchange for something else., I had never been to a Pandora. I feel the merchandise is way to overpriced for what you get. I have a huge amount of sterling silver jewelry at home, and what I have is far more substantial for the prices Pandora is changing. Pandora silver seems cheap.

The box of the ring was damaged, I’m paying the same amout of dollars as any other customer. I believe I should receive the same quality of product as any other customer, even if it’s in the packaging.
