The wait time for service was high and there is no comfortable place to sit and wait. The store was not willing to honor the internet pricing--disappointing during the sale. There was pressure to purchase because the salespeople wanted to make sales.

when it was time to pay the cashier ask me was my order together or separate I was taking advantage of the buy 2 get one free. I guess she sow my daughter helping me select charms I was offended because there was 2 LADEIES in front of me and she didn't ask them.

Salesgirl seems to be tired and rushing our sale bot sharing information that company had to offer

Thought the bracelet I bought was a little cheaper then what I paid

The sales rep was nice but I felt RUSHED to finish the sale.

I went to get my panda jewelery cleaned & the sales associate told me to sign the form before she counted & verified all of my pieces. I had to tell her to count everything first then I’ll sign it. She kind of got an attitude so I informed her that I used to work at a pandora store so I know that’s how its done.

I was satisfied with my visit at pandora , and very happy with my purchase , when I arrived I was helped right away . Thank you I’ll be back soon.

I realize Pandora can't have every item in stock but it seems lack of stock is the case much too often. Specifically, I am trying to secure the love faith peace heart charm. It's not online nor was it available in the store I tried. It seems it is not the policy/practice to do a store search as that was not offered and I for got to inquire. I wish Pandora did more to find charms which are not readily available.

There were a lot of people because of the promotion, but the staff was not or didn't appear to be overly enthusiastic.
