I would have rated my experience higher if the ease of services were more fluid. From what I saw most people eased through the item selection and were waiting to pay for their item/s. Possibly if more staff were present more customers would be able to finish their transactions allowing a faster flow through the establishment.

My visit was over the weekend when the mall was very crowd and it seem that everyone was there to visit the Pandora store.

I wanted to order something and have the item shipped to my mom in another state. I could not order online because the item I wanted was not available. I was informed that the billing address had to match the shipping address if the item was purchased in the store, which makes no sense when shopping for a gift. Now I have to ship the item myself, which is frustrating...

Sometimes I am not able to exchange an item at this location because I bought it at another location. I bought a gold ring that I later found had a missing diamond; I took it back to be replaced and was told I would be called when a replacement came in, but I was never called about the ring coming in. I have a gold bracelet that needed to be cleaned so I took it in, but after the cleaning it did not look the same. I believe that the gold bracelet is not good quality causing the color to become darker.

I was overall satisfied with the sales associates customer service however the pieces I wanted to purchase was extremely hard for to her not just 1 piece but each piece she displayed wouldn't open for her or me!!!! What a bomber!!

The customer assistance is always great! The girls are always super friendly. Though sometimes I don’t stop in because of how crowded it gets. Its definitely not a bad thing to have customer but the spacing is minimal.

Because after coming home and checking my receipt i found out I was charged for something I did not buy. So I had to return to the store. And it was so busy i had forgot some items i needed to buy, like a new bracelet.
