Selection of merchandise wasn't what I was looking for. I asked for a few items and the location was out. Also I purchased the new flat bracelet and it wasn't a big selection of charms for it.

I was satisfied with this experience. However, I've been communicating with USConsumer regarding a replacement "P" charm. The transaction was approved on December 20th and I was told to allow 7-20 business days for the transaction to be completed. I've emailed twice since an no one is even responding back now. Can someone reach out to me and let me know what the status is? Thanks,

I dont think the associate made a good effort to show us items that we did not seek out on our own. We had to ask about promos and did not receive much help in that regard.
