When i first entered the girl at the front who was writing down names greeted me and i told her is there a wait and she said not really and i said okay well can you put down my name meanwhile i look and she said well what are you shopping for and i said i am shopping for a gift and she says well do you think you’re going to buy anything? I was very unhappy with the unfriendly attitude because if i go in there shopping for a gift obviously i am going to walk out with something purchased. No one assisted me i had to ask a sales associate to get the ring i choose after making a full lap around the store looking for the perfect gift, once i decided to go with a ring i had to ask someone to get it for me. The sales associate that assisted me was nice and helpful. She recommended me many matching rings and other products that would go with the ring. I usually shop at the orland park location and don’t think i would like to shop at this location due to lack of assistance and receiving attitude.

One of the ladies was at another station and soon as my sister and I was being waited on she came over and stood watching us. It was an very uncomfortable feeling. If it wasn't for your sale representative, I would have had a very negative experience and wouldn't have wanted to return.

I think I were expecting an experience one like on Michigan Avenue. I also were hoping for a bigger selection. And for it being my first time even purchasing anything from Pandora I were hoping for her to give me a broad range of styles to select from so I could at least know my options. The location is conveniently located close to me so that is a plus.

I was satisfied, I liked the products, and I likes my bracelet, but some of the stuff weren’t there because of the Valentine’s Day and they ran out of them, but I liked the experience and I’ll definitely do it again.

The wait for service was pretty long. Some of the charms wasn’t in the store that I wanted. And the First Lady that was showing us the bracelets and charms was very nice and friendly but the lady at the register wasn’t to friendly and didn’t pack my purchase correctly in the boxes

THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE FREE EARNINGS WITH YOUR PURCHASE OF $125 OR MORE .. THEY HAD NONE. THE SELECTION OF CHARMS WAS NOT VERY BIG.
