Usually the people there are friendly and very helpful.

The sales associate wasn't as helpful as I had experienced before with different associate, maybe this one was tired.

Temperature in the store could be a little cooler. Usually water is offered but not all the time. I was very pleased I had a short wait considering new pieces had just come out.

Not highly satisfied because of the price. I feel like the clips for the bracelet should be cheaper.

I went in looking for sales items, which were not readily available for me to view. I was then shown other items that I was not interested in.

Although I was satisfied with my experience I feel as with anything, especially with business, there is always room for growth. All in all I would definitely continue to shop with pandora online and in-store.

The greeter at the store entrance was not the friendliest. The wait time was longer than fifteen minutes

I was highly satisfied as my salesperson in addition to regular price introduced me to sales that were ongoing in the store. I found a beautiful crown that I had been searching for while in Maryland and found it in the Chicago Ridge location.

No problems, Pandora does not have a lot of sales, and or promotions

I like the things I got. I love the jewelry sold. I like that I got to an associate quick.
