Laura the sales associate was not friendly at all her attitude was very snippy. Unlike the greeter Abby who had a smile and look like she enjoyed her job. I wish I would have asked for another sales person.

The sales associates were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and worked well together. The jewelry selection was beautiful and the store was not overly crowded.

Because I was skipped over while waiting on assistance, it was one associate that kept walking past me without acknowledgement.

They didn't have what i wanted. They didn't sell any more. That was it everything wad fine.

I would have like to have seen more variety of style in the initial charms and in different color then silver it would have been nice if it was in the rose gold to go with my bracelet, I had purchased. and looking for a diabetic charm.

I was highly satisfied.

The storefront was a small area and was very crowded, making it hard to get around. Even after turning my bracelet in for cleaning before I started my shopping/purchasing, it took an extra 30 minutes for my bracelet to be completed.

The items I bought could have been discounted 15% or more since I bought more than five. $10 off the next $100 is not a good incentive. Should be more.
