Pandora Jewelry

This is my 2nd visit to a store as I'm new to the Pandora brand so I don't know if sales are based on commission. However upon entering the store, the first available associate was not willing to assist my cousin and I so we were asked to step over to another associate for assistance. Although she was great I didn't understand why the first available assoviate couldn't take the to assist either one of us.

I came in with a specific goal in mind. Upon my arrival and speaking with the associates things changed. I felt that it was better to protect my current investment and continue building at a later time.

I'm use to having a friendly person waiting on me. It seems she was cut and dry,not suggesting any ideas. I wanted more cancer charms since I'm a survivor and she just said we don't have any.

Some individuals seem smug which can be a little off setting. when spending my hard earn money I would like a more involved attitude.

There’s always a wait but I was satisfied with my experience yesterday.

As you know, we have sign in before we can be waited on. When I walked in there was no one there to greet me. I start walking around, then our people came in after me, by then someone was there, so had sign after them and had to wait a little longer.

Pricing

Not getting complete and accurate information. For example, my husband bought a dog charm and there was a problem of removing it off the bracelet and when we informed the associate, they kept giving me the run around.

Pandora stored don’t really flow well. The displays aren’t that great and I always feel rushed.

I was shown new lines of jewelry after i made my purchase. This would of been nice to show during my other inquires. As well as, some associates are very nice others are not as inviting.
