Congestion in the store. The system went down causing manual transaction. The wait in line was more than 20min just to pay for items.

It took more time than I aspected. I didn’t have my card and the sales associate had a hard time trying to retrieve it on the device she was using. Other than that I would have been highly satisfied.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience although it was a long wait. The store was crowded, busy. The Sales Associate was very helpful and assisted with my deciding on what to purchase.

Pandora needs to implement a new procedure on how customers are serviced. In this store, the customer waits by the podium for an employee to greet or acknowledge them. Next, the customer is asked to write their name on the list and wait for assistance. During this time, it is difficult to move about the store without disturbing other customers. When it is your turn, the employee loudly calls your name. This can interrupt other transactions.
