The first sales associate (I did not get her name) we had was very rude and short with us. She was not very helpful at all. Once we got to the register Nadia was very helpful and I was highly satisfied with her. Yes it was almost closing time, but we had been waiting outside for 20 minutes to get in the store so we did expect great service.

Everything was great in the store. The employees were friendly and nice. I believe there is always room for improvement no matter how good the service or merchandise is.

Wasn’t fully satisfied because i had questions about my online order but no one would answer the phone calls i made on numerous days, with the pandemic going on I didn’t want to make a trip if what i needed wasn’t available at the online price but no one was answering the phone to answer my question.

I felt that I was being rushed while making my selection. I do understand that your establishment (Chicago Ridge location) is taking all precautions in the spread of Covid 19, however, as long as I waited (1 hour) to get into the store, I should have had a little more time to browse. The sales associate was nice and friendly, I just didn't want to feel rushed in making my final decision.

I did curbside pick up and it was very easy. I loved that option. Therefore I didn’t walk into the store.

Due to COVID 19 it’s pull up service only I had to wait a bit long for the service representative to come out then she had WiFi issues But she was very sweet and professional
