They didn't have what I was looking for inside the store. Wish they had more merchandise

Because at first the manager didn’t want to allow the sales person to make the exchange I was asking for. The last time I was in that store I had my bracelet cleaned only to find one of my charms missing when I got home to check out the cleaning. Was originally treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about or I was lying about the missing charm.

Due to the pandemic (covid 19) the sales associate wasn't allowed to remove my charms & properly clean my bracelet. She wasn't allowed to rearrange the charms so that the newly purchased charms could be positioned to my liking. Lastly, some of charms picked out for the new Me line was not in stock.

I would have liked to browse other merchandised but the associate only was able to show me what she had readily available. Perhaps because they're busy and due to the restictions.

I brought my necklace that was purchased for me in April. The necklace turned colors and I have never experienced that with Pandora products. I had to purchase a cleaning kit and I believe that should have been given when I only had the necklace for 2 months.

Before the pandemic the feel in the seemed more personable now it's not. I understand why but... Other than that I still love the merchandise.

The option of charms was limited due to the covid 19!. They haven’t had their shipment yet . They also not cleaning the bracelets any more or putting the charms on your bracelet for you .

The price are high on small pieces. The space is small especially with social distancing. There are no more negatives.
