Not enough charms to select from. The tiny charms are almost more that the bracelet itself. Sales associate could have been more knowledgeable in the cost of the charms.

I had to wait a very long time for them to find the item I was purchasing after the associate went through several catalogs. You need to make holiday items easier to locate

The wait times were extremely long. The free gift I was suppose to receive with my purchase was not given to me. My actual ring size wasn’t available.

Maybe the sale person was new she had to ask someone else for the answer to each of my questions did ask to use the service to clean mine charms and bracelet.personal I feel that the associated should make each customer feel special
