The staff at Chicago Ridge Rock!!!!!

There’s always room for improvement. Some associates were very pleasant while others were not so welcoming. Dealt with about 3 different associates in a 3 visits. The 1st was ok but not very helpful, the 2nd was very helpful and informative, made great suggestions (Carolyn) and the 3rd was ok but better than the 1st. Carolyn was the best, and the receptionist was not very personable, not welcoming.

this was my first time shopping and purchasing an item although I have always wanted Pandora I love how the prices are affordable for all people it’s good that I got to experience great pricing

I appreciated the sales associate's knowledge and ease of choosing my purchase. The atmosphere was clean and friendly as well. My only issue is that it appeared to be rushed and I really don't like that.

I didn't like that I would have to leave my bracelet overnight for it to get clean...

While at the store I did feel somewhat rushed. The sales associate was extremely nice and helpful but I wished she would of pushed to show me more products. Overall it was a good visit.

I was very satisfied but everything cant always be perfect. I am always greeted and satisfied with the workers. I just think that pandora should have more things on sale.

I didn't remember to ask however, the promotion for the small jewelry box with a purchase of $110 was not honored. I purchased a large amount of jewelry and didn't receive my free jewelry box. I am not happy.

I wish only that Pandora could do discounts( ex. Like everyone do discountS for First Responders)

I was satisfied with the service however I purchased a bracelet online and went in store to exchange for a bigger size and had to pay more money for the exact same bracelet. You would think it would be an even exchange
