I’ve been to Pandora about 3 times this month purchasing 6 items. 2 of the items were rings but I’m not certain if I’m in love with them. More so because of the fit. I felt rushed in determining which fingers I wanted them for and choosing a ring to my liking. There were so many people I felt the lady was rushing me to decide and pushing me along.

Came in to exchange a bracelet given to me but because I didn't have the person's info I was unable to. The clip was also defective and the store wouldn't even fix that for me.

Absolutely wonderful staff and very knowledgeable. Store was very clean and followed recommendations with cleaning supplies and 6ft distance alike. Would go back with no problems.

I was not as satisfied because the customer service wasn’t the best. I felt like I needed to be sold on the item just a little bit more and that’s not what I felt.

The prices are very expensive . There was a sale, but most of the items were out of stock. In addition, my representative wasn’t the best.

I visit this particular store for all my PANDORA purchases. And always find the staff friendly and accommodating.

Pandora jewelry is quality that will last. The customer service was on point, and the process and protocols set up in place due to covid-19 we clean and smooth. staff is helpful at chicago ridge store and i enjoy their assistance every purchase i make.
