I know there’s COVID, so the lines were really long, and that’s reasonable, but I’m slightly impatient. The wait I could handle, but I had to have my next order, that I brought after leaving the store, shipped bc it wasn’t available at the store I was at.

The line was too long. Most of the charms I wanted were out of stock. They only had size small in the free bangle. I wear a large. I had to accept a small because that is all they had

I'm not a fan of waiting too long in line. I feel that the wait was too long. I feel that they should have a few more associates working, especially during high peak times.

I couldn’t really look at the charms I wanted. The sales associate would just pull a certain tray and ask if I liked any from that tray and I didn’t like that. I felt like I had no real option or choice to look at things I may have wanted. The associate also was kinda aggressive
