they did not have a charm that was on sale and when I had checked I thought it said it was in stock at that store. I understand things sell out especially sales. I was disappointed though.

I asked for two of one item and only had one. Stated that I had to get back in line for the other

I really wanted the bow ring but there was only size 5 so I ordered my second choice ring

The iteam was not the same like the picture online. I saw it online and felt in love with it, but it is ugly.

The lady that was allowing people in let another person go in before me! I was already in line waiting for them to open the store! She was rude about it too. I was not happy about that

The service was extremely fast …. They were very organized during the Mother’s Day weekend. They managed the wait line very well!
