need a better method to find merchandise for payment

When I first entered the store I was not greeted by any associate. One associate started assisting a customer that came in after I did without asking if I was being helped.

The long wait in line and I was only second in line.

I didn't like having to wait in a line outside of the store when there were VERY FEW customers inside the store.

The selection was not updated in my opinion, the staff was very pushy as she was not friendly at all, and the product was not eye appealing as it was dirty, dusty, and look as if they had wear to them.

I was not happy about how the entry process, but Sue was an excellent salesperson. She was worth the wait.

It was a pleasure coming into the store finding exactly what I was coming in there for I appreciate the sales person she helped me a lot

I didn’t like the wait time to enter the store. I felt I was being rushed. I wasn’t shown enough of charms as if they weren’t available but there was so much but I was constantly being asked if I needed anything else before I could let the associate know I wanted to look at more items.
