I was not highly satisfied with my experience during my recent visit because I was not able to exchange an item purchased from another store for a different item. The size that I needed in my return was not available.

They are really friendly

There is only One who is perfect, and it’s not Pandora. We all can use a little improvement. I was satisfied with my visit to this store it was my first time.

Quick recognition, smiles , good suggestions and everyone has the look of enjoying where they are.

I had went in to see if I could exchange a couple charms and the sales associate said I wasn’t able to.

The employees were very kind. They were helpful and got me out of the store fast.They were very attentive. I will be coming back very soon.

I believe the Associate may have been new to the team as she kept having to ask another Associate for items I wanted to see or how they opened. So it took more time than I expected.

Had to stand in line outside for longer than I anticipated, and not enough sale selections

Ms. She was lovely and very helpful in helping me make my first Pandora bracelet. But as a 1st time customer it would have been great to get a breakdown of the prices. For example I noticed a calculator on the counter and wondered why it was there. Using the calculator to keep me updated about how my total was increasing would’ve been helpful and would’ve saved her the process of having the breakdown the bracelet of the charms I did not want so lower my total. She was great, I will be back, and I also love my bracelet!
