I was gifted a bracelet and all the charms fell off at differentimes and there is no insurance no any replacement. So I'm bummed the bracelet is worthless

It will be nice for pandora to have a reward program. @ when you spend $200 more give a discount like 40 off the bill or more.

The wait times to get in the store was too long. I feel that there needs to be a better solution to fix this.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I can’t say that I am highly satisfied because I had to wait in line over 30 minutes to enter the store.

The first time I visited pandora was a please try experience. The sales associate was pleasant and patient with my questions and requests. Her expertise and recommendations were vey valuable to finding the appropriate piece /gift for my loved one.

I applied for the credit card because I was told if I apply to I could get 10% discount. At the time that I was about to pay cashier forgot to apply my discount. So, I had to ask the cashier for my discount. Cashier apologized right away and proceeded to apply it. Other than that I am very satisfied with purchase.

My clasps on my bracelet has broken twice and I asked was there a defect on the particular kind and never received an answer. The bracelet has a hard time opening and closing and asked could I get a larger size to see if that would remedy the problem and was told no. I purchased the first one in May and the associate could not find the records of when it was purchased but could find all other purchased after that one. I was given a new bracelet but will not use it and will come back with my purchase receipt.
